Dear Exhibitor:
The Northeastern Wisconsin Education Association (NWEA) is pleased to announce a new venue for the 2010 convention, Green Bay West High School. The convention, scheduled for Friday, March 12, from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., provides several opportunities for improvement of instruction and professional development to educators from Campbellsport to Marinette through exhibits, meetings and seminars.
Green Bay West High School can accommodate speakers in several locations throughout the school and provide spacious exhibit space in the gymnasium and commons area. West High School also provides easy drive-up access for unloading and loading vehicles, and lunch and beverages will be available for sale at the concession stand. We are confident that you will be pleased with this location.
Please review the contract terms for convention participation on Page 2. Registration fees are the same as last year, and as always, NO ADDITIONAL PERSONAL TABLES ARE PERMITTED IN THE EXHIBIT HALL. Bookracks may be used in place of tables within your exhibit area.

To register for the convention, complete the exhibitor application and mail it, with payment, to me at the address indicated on the registration form by February 12, 2010. Please make checks payable to NWEA-Green Bay. Exhibit information, set up times, and driving instructions will be mailed to you prior to the convention. Special hotel room rates ($70 plus tax) have been established at the Holiday Inn City Centre, less than 10 minutes from West High School. Call 800-457-2929 to reserve your room. You must make your reservation by phone and identify yourself as a participant in the NWEA convention to guarantee the rate.
